Refund policy

The merchandise purchased here Pope Leo XIV Apparel is specifically made-to-order for you. As we are a small supplier and do not stock inventory, each item is a custom order and unfortunately we are unable to offer returns for incorrectly sized merchandise or if customers change their mind about a product. 

Return requests for damaged or defective merchandise will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are processed less any shipping and handling fees and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our store. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
